Templafy in the spotlight at Microsoft Ignite

Templafy in the spotlight

This November, Templafy had an unforgettable moment in the spotlight at Microsoft Ignite—the premier event for developers and IT professionals.

Our solution was prominently featured throughout Microsoft’s presentations (yes, that’s our logo in their opening keynote!) and showed just how impactful our tools can be when used together.

As a long-standing Microsoft partner, Templafy has been building solutions that complement Microsoft’s suite of business software for almost a decade. With the rise of AI, Templafy has worked to provide the much-needed layer of compliance and governance that enterprises need when using tools like Copilot.

Together, Copilot and Templafy have made it possible for enterprises to adopt AI safely and apply it to high-value use cases. And that’s exactly what we saw on stage in Chicago.

Together, Microsoft and Templafy teams have worked to deliver a powerful combination of rules-based automation and managed AI in PowerPoint workflows. While Microsoft Copilot serves as an intelligent assistant—compiling contextualized information and guiding users through presentation creation—Templafy provides the much-needed layer of integrating on-brand templates and images into all Copilot-generated content in PowerPoint.

This partnership enables organizations to simplify and optimize document creation while ensuring consistency, compliance, and control. By bridging intelligent automation with AI, Microsoft’s use of Templafy represents the next step in efficient, trustworthy document workflows for modern enterprises.

Templafy as Microsoft connector and agent

At the conference, Microsoft introduced its new collection of connectors and agents for Copilot. While connectors refer to the broad ecosystem of SaaS tools that connect with Microsoft services, agents are specific apps designed to augment Copilot’s AI tools for more specialized use cases.

Templafy’s agent is currently available to Copilot users, allowing them to search for existing documents and templates as well as create new documents and presentations.

During the event, Templafy was highlighted as a key partner and agent for Copilot, alongside big names like Dropbox, Box, and Veeva. It’s an exciting recognition of how deeply Templafy integrates with the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem and enhances Microsoft’s AI-powered tools.

By combining smart, rules-based document generation capabilities with company-wide control and governance, Templafy helps businesses create consistent, on-brand content effortlessly.
