Templafy, the document generation platform, today announces it is now enabling organizations to manage Microsoft 365 Copilot outputs at scale, allowing enterprises to produce enterprise grade, on-brand, and compliant content quickly, company-wide.

Through integrating Templafy’s document automation engine into all document workflows, organizations will be able to create better performing Microsoft 365 content faster. Templafy automatically creates documents and presentations leveraging company-approved templates, enterprise approved text, images, logos, styles, and fonts, all while allowing organizations to manage Gen AI outputs via its document generation engine.

Additionally, Templafy automatically inserts legal disclaimers and metadata based on user information including business unit, function, geography, and any applicable Active Directory data.​ ​For enterprises, this brings centralized control and reduced risk associated with the broad use of AI while creating critical business content.​

Users will have the ability to create semi or fully automated documents with Templafy and Microsoft 365 Copilot. ​This includes searching, accessing, and pulling company-approved content as well as information from third-party applications.
