White Arkitekter’s digital transformation priorities
White Arkitekter use many different templates and brand assets in document creation, but these were stored in a legacy system containing many different databases. Staff wasted time looking for document templates, or used locally stored files with no way to ensure they were the most up-to-date versions. It was also very difficult to update templates when needed.
Visual identity is essential to a global architecture firm, so White Aritekter needed to find a quality control solution. They also decided to digitize their workplace to better facilitate the content storage and management, and allow for easier access and updates.

Easier document creation
White Arkitekter implemented a centralized, easy-to-use template management solution to assist the company’s digital transformation and support consistent visual identity use. It has become easier for staff to find up-to-date and brand compliant business templates and digital assets. Everything needed to create a document, presentation or email is now available through Templafy’s WebApp and inside Office applications, which provides a better workflow for employees.
DAM integration
It is also beneficial that White Arkitekter‘s template management solution seamlessly integrates with their digital asset management (DAM) system, bringing it right into the same workflow.
Email signature management
An email signature management tool was also implemented to improve and streamline email workflows. Lars-Erik Nilsson, Quality Expert at White Arkitekter, comments that: “We finally have a shared, well-designed email signature since we started using Templafy’s email signature manager!” It has helped empower employees to create consistent communication materials, as it contains the latest corporate email signature design, including on-brand logos and correct legal disclaimers.
