Transitioning to the cloud

The Capital Region of Denmark’s objective was to move to cloud-based systems, including Office 365, so their IT administration system would be centralized and future-proof. They sought a solution that made cloud-transition simple, while also streamlining the use and administration of Office templates and digital assets across several different locations.

Empowering employees with access to templates and content

The organization wanted to empower employees to access, manage and share Microsoft Office document templates and content across Office 365, while simultaneously granting backwards-compatibility with previous on-premise versions of Microsoft Office. 

The Capital Region of Denmark chose Templafy’s platform to enable their employees with access to the templates and content they need. The new setup enables their employees to easily access all on-brand presentation templates and on-brand digital assets from within Microsoft Office applications via a user-friendly task pane. 

Central management of templates and content

Capital Region of marks employees can now centrally manage document templates and content, using Templafy’s custom Admin Center. This empowers the marketing and branding teams to maintain, update and distribute content. The on-brand content is easily accessible across different locations and job titles, without needing help from IT resources.

The cutback on both employee and IT time since using Templafy has enabled these resources to be used for activities at the core of the Capital Region of Denmark’s work, such as breaking ground with new treatments, technologies, and health-care services of the future.
